I think what he means by this is how a construct is ran.. For example, the human body. Energy; we inhale and exhale, that takes energy and every time we speak, that takes energy, our hearts were an engine ever since the day we were born and has continued on.. Frequency; the sound/tone of our voice, you can also channel frequencies to lower or higher realms, you can alter your realms, other worlds, other earths, the cosmos is to vast for there to not be life anywhere else, multiple versions or ourselves scattered across the whole cosmos.. Vibration; EVERYTHING HAS ENERGY, EVERYTHING HAS FREQUENCY, THIS CONNECTS TO ALL 3, EVERYTHING VIBRATES AND COMPOSES A GOOD/NEUTRAL/BAD ENERGY SO IM LEARNING TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT I MAKE.. You can even look at this at a larger scale than how the human body operates, It’s too much information for my mind to comprehend.. Read the first line of this paragraph again! (ex.
